Cancellation policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at a minimum of 24 hours’ or more notice so we can offer that appointment to another client.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service. Additionally, future appointments may require a deposit or prepay after repeated late cancellations or no-shows.
